Mike Sealy

Mike Sealy is co-founder of X-Inc Global.

He previously served as the Vice President of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Informa Markets, where he led, coordinated and championed initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion across the business. His commitment to these principles stems from his own lived experiences, driving his passion for fairness, equity, and inclusion for all.

As a dedicated coach, mentor, and motivator, Mike frequently speaks at events and discussion panels, engaging with both corporate colleagues and students in education. He candidly shares his work and social experiences to raise awareness of diversity and inclusion issues while empowering others to build confidence, freedom, and motivation.

Additionally, Mike is the creator and host of the “Diversity Matters Podcast”, where he delves into important topics related to diversity and inclusion.

Mike previously held senior leadership positions at Hewlett Packard, Microsoft, and the BBC, where he successfully established and managed businesses, earning recognition for excellence in management and execution.
