Evelyn Aning is the Head of Global Inclusion Programmes at Informa Plc, where she leads on embedding inclusive leadership, culture, and colleague engagement across the global business. With nearly two decades of experience spanning the banking, public, education, and tech sectors, Evelyn brings a practical, human-centred approach to driving sustainable inclusion and equity at scale.

She leads the design and delivery of the core programmes that help turn Informa’s Inclusion Strategy into meaningful action across the business, ensuring inclusion is embedded in how the organisation operates and grows. She has designed and scaled programmes rooted in colleague voice, data, and strategic business goals, including global initiatives focused on improving access to senior leadership roles – particularly for women and other underrepresented talent, by tackling the structural barriers that can limit career progression.
