Valérie Maure

Valérie has 30 years of corporate experience in Strategy, Experience Design and Digital Transformation, Sales, and Technology at companies such as Accenture, IBM and Apple.

She was an early “Experience Design” and “People Centricity” adopter and infused it both in the organisations she has led, and in the work she delivered with her clients. She strongly believes that people and client centric organisations deliver exceptional experiences, resulting in sustainable growth of turnover, client engagement and employee performance.

Recently she founded Oxygen Advisory which delivers expertise in 3 areas :

1) Shape and operationalise efficient operating models

2) Design long-term growth revenue strategies and

3) Support organisations on their path to becoming conscious, to stay relevant, thrive and create a culture of engagement, inclusion, collaboration and performance.

She is also an active investor and advisor in start-ups which gives her a unique understanding of a new generation of leaders and the “dos and don’ts” of scaling a business.
