Alison Willis is CEO at Easyfairs UK & Global, the 11th largest exhibition organiser globally and awarded the Deloitte Best Managed Company, six years in a row. Easyfairs organise over 150 events in 12 countries and manage 8 exhibition venues. Ali has been working in the events industry for 25 years with experience in various sectors, including the technology, packaging, construction, manufacturing food and beverage and aesthetic medicine industries. She has spent considerable time launching new brands, reinventing established products, and connecting communities across events and media. She has extensive experience in exhibition sales, leadership and senior management and has worked at Centaur, UBM and Ascential.
Ali is currently vice chair of the AEO and also has a place on the AEO Council. She is passionate about leadership and attracting and retaining talent to the resilient and dynamic exhibitions and event industry. A mother to two young girls, Ali is familiar with the constant juggle of work-life balance and strives to be a positive role model for working mums.
