The Chapter in Germany as part of the DACH Chapter is very active in organising regional events for the women in exhibitions in Germany. The workshop was attended by 22 women from 16 different show organizers and industry branches. Planning the event next to HER CAREER event was a great success.

The workshop focused on three very relevant topics in the World Café format. these were: (1) How to support the cultural change in our organizations?, (2) How can we involve male colleagues in our discussion? and (3) Is part time work a killer or a chance to achieve equal chances to move up the career ladder?
